It’s easy and fast. Just ask a friend or a family member to follow the steps in the following 5-minute video. You’ll only need to do this once and we’ll keep your measurements on file for your future purchases.

How do I know that my measurements are accurate?

Follow the steps in the following 5-minute video and you can’t go wrong. If your order requires some minor adjustment, we’ll cover the cost up to $75. See details here.

Where do I get a tape measure?

Get one here for free and we’ll deduct the shipping fee from your next order.

When will I receive my order?

You’ll receive your order in 15 days after the payment is received. Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email notification with a tracking number so you can follow your order. Please note that we’re not responsible for late shipments due to bad weather, incorrect mailing address, customs or any other factors beyond our control. So place your order as early as 4~6 weeks prior if you need your garment on a certain date.

What countries do you ship to and what's the shipping cost?

Lady Bespoke serves modern women around the world. We offer free global shipping for orders over $350 or a flat shipping fee of $35.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We ship everything via DHL. After your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email notification with your tracking number.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept almost all major payments, including Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, American Express, ApplePay, Paypal and Alipay. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) that encrypt your data during transmission.

What currencies do you accept?

Currentlyt our website’s transaction currency is in USD. We do accept Canadian dollars. Please contact us for any Canadian-dollar transactions. If the original charge underwent currency conversion, the refunded or reimbused amount is converted back using the same exchange rate.

Is it safe to shop online?

We’re a SSL website, which means that all your transaction information is transmitted under security line.

What can I do if it doesn't fit well?

We don’t stop until you’re happy and satisfied! If your garment doesn’t fit well, bring it to your local tailor and have him/her fill out an alteration form. Email us the form and receipt within 10 days and we’ll cover the cost as follows:

  1. 2-piece suits: up to $75.
  2. Jackets, blazers & overcoats: up to $50.
  3. Pants & skirts: up to $25.
  4. Shirts: up to $20.

What's your return policy?

Just like most of the custom-made products, we won’t be able to accept return. If it doesn’t fit you well, we’ll cover the fee of your local tailor for minor adjustment. If it requires major modification, we’ll remake the whole thing from scratch.

Do you offer gift cards?

Do you provide fabric swatches?

Of course and they’re free! Just click here to order yours today. We’ll deduct the shipping fee from your next purchase.
